Context

Legendary nonprofit broadcaster, American Public Media, needed a way to give their podcasting arm, APM Studios, a life of its own.

Challenge

How can we build brand equity in a category where content is king?

Connection

We created a bold but flexible brand that allows individual shows to shine through while unifying the diverse APM Studios portfolio around the impact that stories have on the way we engage with the world.

We brought storytelling and connection to life through a colorful magnetic poetry aesthetic.

The tagline nods to the emotional undercurrent of storytelling along with the idea of spurring community interaction.

The new brand lends itself to fun merchandise and continued storytelling.
