Superhuman is in search of a UX/UI designer who is passionate about creating websites that are easy and fun to use. The ideal candidate has experience creating user interfaces for apps, websites, or other interactive media. They are comfortable collaborating with creative, marketing, product, and engineering teams to gather business, technical, and user requirements. They can process user flows, sitemaps, and wireframe prototypes, and leverage a brand identity to design stunning user interfaces. This person is self-motivated and flexible, ready to learn and looking for opportunities to make an impact.
By joining Superhuman, you’ll become part of a collaborative, cross-functional team. You will work closely with strategists, brand designers, copywriters and project managers to build client relationships, drive alignment and evolve a variety of brands.
Requirements:
-Strong passion for useful, usable, and engaging digital experiences
-1+ years of experience creating websites
-Understanding of user experience principles and best practices
-Understanding of design fundamentals
-Ability to understand a website vision based on user needs and business goals
-Ability to design the architecture of a website to tell compelling stories and generate leads
-Comfort using Figma, Keynote, and no/low code web building tools
-Working knowledge of HTML, CSS
-Ability to collaborate and share ownership of ideas
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to present work with confidence
-Efficiency in completing tasks, managing time and meeting deadlines

-Talent and experience in motion design
-Interest in emerging AI tools
About the Position:
-Full time
-Based in Minneapolis
-Hybrid schedule, 2 days per week in office required
-Pay range: $50,000-$70,000, depending on years of experience
