We’re Looking for a Senior Strategist

Superhuman is looking to add a senior strategist* to our team. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to lead strategy initiatives, working directly with client teams to build strong and smart brands.

You’ll lead brand strategy presentations and workshops, integrated campaign planning projects, research, new business and work with the rest of the team to pick out where to go for lunch on Fridays. Our clients span many industries, so you’ll get the chance to work on a variety of projects and categories, from software to startups, CPG to non-profits. You’ll also work with the rest of the agency to inject new thinking into our toolset, working closely with the Director of Strategy to further enhance our practices and offerings. This is truly an opportunity for you to spread your wings and lead.

A good presenter (or you strive to be!)
A natural storyteller and creative presentation-builder
A utility player who wants to continually build your skills

Preferred Qualifications:
5-7 years agency experience in strategy department (non-media)
Led or managed strategy projects for clients, including positioning work and campaign strategy
Led client workshops of any kind
Led formal quant or qual research projects
Great PowerPoint or Keynote skills

*Title is negotiable depending on your experience level
